I had a bulb on my license plate go out & Gary took 20 minutes out of his day to change it for me. I thought that was really nice.

I had a great experience here changing my spark plugs. Sal demonstrated the best customer service of all time. He helped me find the right parts, the right tools, and even assisted me in installing the plugs. He also taught me how to do it myself. A job that would cost me 300 dollars at a scammy mechanic shop, costed me zero here. Just had to pay for the parts.

Katrina was amazing! She came outside and helped two ladies with and emergency brake light fix! Hot and muggy outside, and we got the wrong light, she was in and out helping us. She's truly an asset to the store. She deserves a raise! Thank you, Katrina!

Rude employees. Will accuse you of using something when trying to do a return when it was purchased two days before and in the same condition they gave it to you in. They will also sneak in little add ons without telling you nor giving it to you such as battery grease. When I was given my receipt and walking out the associate said “Thanks for USING our battery.”
Will not do business here again.

Second to none service. Bearded gentleman at the front deserves a raise. I wish all stores operated like this.
Edit: the exchange was put it incorrectly as a return and now I cannot take back under warranty smh

My first experience was not a very good one. I brought in a battery And that left me stranded in the rain He proceeds to argue with me about this and that..and tell me I will have to Wait an hour for them to verify that it is bad…however I have had the same issue with O’Reillys and with no questions asked I walked out with a new One!! they understood My inconvenience so I highly recommend O’Reilly parts! any day over AutoZone :/ Some power is little is warranting batteries gets to people so so sad!
Turns out battery was bad after all that so 2 hours on the side of the road in the rain and finally!! Save your self the time O Riley‘s policies are just much more customer friendly!! It’s raining even harder now and I have to put this battery in!! Thanks a lot!
