“Amanda was so easy to work with for my new truck loan. Went in and got preapproved and that only took like 10 mins. Then when I found the truck I wanted she had all the paperwork ready and all I had to do was email the buy order and it was done! Super easy and quick! She also made sure all my needs were taken care of with the gap insurance, which was literally half the price of what the dealership wanted, and extended warranty options which I opted out of. Just a smooth, efficient transaction for a guy that has high anxiety and very little patience! When I go back I’ll be asking for Amanda Mattingly by name cause she’s a pro at what she does!”

“I have been a customer of Arvest for the past 14 + years. All my children have savings, I have 401k, mortgage , and bank personally with them. While trying to handle details of my mortgage and payoff information at time of deposit was not disclosed to me by the branch manager who was assisting the teller, that there would be a hold on this transaction. I am in disbelief that after all the years of business with them that no one has returned my calls nor try to rectify the errors including the interest that I will now accrue daily due to their errors.
A returned phone call can work wonders for upset customers. Take note!!!
