Never shop here. They do not honor what they sell. One of the employees threatened my husband when he said we wouldn't shop there again.

These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the work in less than half the time that they said it would be. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Buyer beware. I will never make the mistake of doing business with this company again. Replacement motorcycle battery failed after 2 weeks. It happens, I get it, that’s what warranties are for. Major runaround regarding warranty replacement. Told I’m not eligible for a 2nd replacement in the event of failure because I must be using it in an incorrect application. I didn’t select the battery at random, it was recommended by the batteries plus website after entering the year, make and model of my motorcycle. Anyhow, chance of a 2nd failure is low, and I’ll definitely find another source like Amazon, auto zone, Interstate Batteries, etc. in the event of further issues.
I knew something was up when requesting a return, and they launched into an immediate spiel with an accusatory tone, before looking at my receipt or understanding that the battery was DOA, less than 2 weeks old, and recommended for my application by their company. They acted like they were doing a favor by replacing the battery, and threatening that in the event of future issues I’m not covered. I hear ya, and will never be back.

The last few times I’ve been to the store, I’ve come with a problem. The clerk doesn’t know how to solve the problem,so they retreated to the back to ask the manager. When they return with an answer which leads to another question. The clerk runs back and forth and the manager never comes out to answer my questions directly. Admittedly I never asked for the manager but it seems common sense to me.

This store has the worst customer service! I went in to buy a battery. I could have ordered it on Amazon or Walmart.com but I was in Fort Smith so I thought I would give a local business some business. Boy was I wrong. No help at all trying to find it because it wasn't on his computer screen and he wasn't looking to see if anything was close to being it. He was very rude and talking very very loud. I don't know if he is deaf or maybe he thinks everyone else is but he is one of the most irritating people I've been around in a while. And by the reviews I've seen on here the customer service has been bad here for a while. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going to this joke of a store. By the way I found the battery I was looking for at AutoZone, just down the road.

This is my GoTo place for batteries, light bulbs, and flashlights. The best service from outstanding folks. My wife has heard me praise their service and she relies on them, also.

I only read two reviews and if i still had my leg I'd go in there just to show them you can't be rude to the handicap, but now I'll drive to tulsa before i deal with this crap. To bad some people in Arkansas have bad attitudes.

Ordered car battery on line after doing search for my vehicle on their website. A store employed called me to tell me that battery was not in stock even though the site says it was and still says it is. When I spoke to an employee, of course they had another, more expensive battery I could purchase. Bait and switch perhaps?
Even though the one I ordered wasn't available, they still charged my credit card. I called and was told I'd have to come to the store in order to have the charge reversed. Good stuff right?

Amazing place! Didn't know it was there. My dad's cell phone battery died and he had to have one same day joys of owning your own business). So I googled cell phone batteries nearby and saw this place. Lots of cool stuff too. Will be back.
