I came in here this morning to get a pixie cut. The lady was very sweet, caring and professional. She made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great service and great lady to support ??

Simple men hair cut, charged me $30. I usually pay $15. $30 for men’s simple hair cut is way too high. Done, no más cortes aquí!

I went in here with hair as long as halfway down my back. I asked for a layered TRIM with about two inches cut off because I have dead ends. I walked out and was charged $55 for uneven shoulder length hair that I in no way asked for.. The trim was insanely rushed, she spent about 10-15 minutes chopping off all my hair. I asked for a trim, not a foot of my hair cut off. I'm honestly astonished at how you could mess something up this bad and then try to convince me its okay then overcharge double the price advertised for it. I'm very confused why this woman thought that it was okay to cut off so much of my hair. This was not a miscommunication or an accident, this is simply an act of carelessness or vindictiveness. If you're looking for a place to get a couple inches off you are better off at home with a pair of rusty scissors. The way my hair looks makes me really sad because at the moment there is no fixing it because I don't want it to be any shorter than it already is. I don't write reviews, especially bad ones for small businesses but I want to prevent others from making the same mistake I did by giving this place a chance for something as simple as a two inches of dead ends being cut off. I hate to leave a review this critical for someone, but there's no reason for such carelessness to someone's hair if you specialize in it.

I was having a rough day and needed a pick me up, so I thought what better way to feel better than to look better? In comes Beautiful Image, out of the blue a low-key salon appeared on the corner of N 32nd St. & Kelley Highway in Fort Smith. I walk in and the Master Barber, Choua greets me warmly, like we're old friends. 20 minutes later I'm clean cut and out of my rut. It's amazing how something so simple can have a complexed effect on your mental health. With very little thinking involved TheMonn APPROVES! Score of 9.5 out of 10 for this stylistic diamond in the rough!
