Carol Ann Cross Park is a lovely and very nice park with beautiful scenery and views of the Arkansas River and a big pond. It features a NEW kids play area with turf, a fence, and the newest playground toys, which is well taken care of and a family favorite. There are nice, newly paved walking and running trails, including a new shady trail, forming a nice 1-mile loop around the pond and through the woods. The park offers plenty of space for picnicking, fishing, and kayaks. It is also a very pet-friendly place to walk your dog. However, it can be pretty dirty with lots of trash in the water, and the bathrooms sometimes are not open.
Awe...I just pulled into parking lot to eat but this park has a new walking trail & it's nice. Views of the Arkansas River and a big pond.

Lovely park with a NEW kids play area with turf, fence, and newest playground toys, the walking/running trails are newly paved and go around the pond and through the woods by the river for a nice 1-mile loop. Great place for families to go for a morning or afternoon together!

My little dog and I frequently visit this park. She's so happy here walking the trails. 🐕
