When the installer Gary, was installing the flooring, he told us he was impressed with how easy it was and he loved it. “My husband and I went to Southerlands looking for garden flowers and a small child's bench. (Our two little Westie dogs love to lay on our older broken bench). We found THE CUTEST one on the display floor, but with no price. Heather came to help us and she was exceptional!! She went above and beyond. We we able to get it already assembled at no extra charge. Matt also came over to answer questions and he carried the heavy little bench to check out for us. We chatted with Heather the whole way, sharing our furry dog family pics with each other. What a delightful human being she was. She made it a wonderful shopping experience that day!!
