My sister & I went in to the store on Roger’s Ave in Ft Smith wanting to look and one associate asked if we needed help we said no we were just looking and another associate came up the aisle fast and said if we weren’t licensed cosmologist we can’t be in there Even if I had been a licensed cosmologist I’d not had stayed She was not great at customer service

Some nice stores. Ross has the most hateful staff. They lock the restrooms so if you have to go quick, it ain't gonna happen. Ugh
