Been with em since 1982 every month the price goes up im 64 its ridiculous my dad's 87 his went up and up and up he cut em off im next the prices r sky high 97.00 a month for basic tv about 20 channels the worst do urself a favor dont go with cox they told me they cant lower my bill told my veteran dad same thing his went to 255.00 a month

Don’t really like how the customer service is set up at these stores anymore. Sometimes you just have a simple question, just need a yes or no answer and you still have to pull a number and wait like you’re at the DMV… doesn’t feel very personable or inviting. Entirely transactional. I just left after waiting 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgment. And I was there for a business account, I’m glad I don’t have any personal accounts with them

Just don't. The customer service is so bad. I have had internet for 20 freaking years with them and can't get my crap fixed. Beed dealing with no/spotting internet for over a week, had a tech out even, still messed up! Now it's Saturday, no internet since last night and all they can tell me is wait on your technician NEXT WEEK! So if you like spotty service, and no customer service, they are right for you!

“helpful staff” can’t even get ahold of anyone leave a message never get a call back. Crazy to spend 100 bucks a month and can’t get your internet fixed. Need to learn to awnser your phones and have some actual customer service. Terrible place

For the last 6-8 months, we have been experiencing a daily outage. Literally every day the connection drops or becomes so degraded that it's pretty much useless. I've tried getting support for the issue, but the Live Chat is a joke and calling is of no use as they use similar canned responses to try to get folks off the line as quickly as possible. I've been with Cox for over 15 years and would be confident in their claim of "99% uptime", but I'm afraid that's no longer true. If you're shopping for an ISP in your area that has Cox, save them as a last resort, even satellite internet would be more reliable than whatever this is.

I think the way that you sign in and then they yell out your name when it's your turn makes the experience feel like you're at the dmv. They were helpful with what I needed. Not too kind, not rude, just okay.

This internet service is bad. It’s the only internet I can get unfortunately. When it works it’s decent. But the number of outages are ridiculous, once a week sometimes. At least a few times a month my internet will just randomly crash off and on. They’ll have an outage to provide “updates” and then the next day my service will be very poor. Constant crashes. Oh and for some reason all of the ports in the modem don’t work. I brought it up and no fix provided.
