I bought a Jeep from Philip Darr today. The service was great, he was attentive, did not hesitate to ask the questions I wanted asked, and did his best to help me get in my vehicle. I would buy from Philip again at Crain Hyundai.

Dropped my car off on Monday to get a recall part replaced. Received a call stating my break lights and license plate light weren’t working and needed to be replaced. I told them not to replace any of them bc I knew they were working the night before, they sent me a quote to replace the lights for over $200. When I picked up my car the first thing my husband checked were the brake lights which were all working just fine like I thought. Had I not known better I would have paid the money for absolutely no reason. How many other people are they charging and telling them they need things done that don’t actually need it? I felt like they tried to take advantage of me to get more money out of me by lying instead of being honest. I will never buy a vehicle or take my vehicle there again.

I went in for an oil change and left with a new car!! I asked Phillip Darr to let me know when they had a good deal and he did!! He has called a couple times and made sure everything was working OK. If you're looking for a new or used car give him a call!!

My wife and I just purchased a new 2024 Palisade from the people down in Forth Smith and couldn’t be happier. We live up near Rogers and drove to this dealership due to their never ending help. We had the pleasure of working with Philip Darr to buy our car and he was so detail oriented, friendly and informative throughout the entire process. I would recommend everyone to guy buy a car from Philip down there, you won’t regret It.

Paper work for my title didn't arrive until 1 work day prior to needing it registered. I got it on a Friday and needs to be registered on Monday. I can't make it by then because of work requirements. Oklahoma tax commission signed their end the day after I bought it. This is piss poor management by the company. Will they pay the late fees or will they keep the vehicle if it gets wrecked driving to get it registered. My insurance will not cover an unregistered vehicle. Thank you Crain for your piss poor customer service. I always buy new vehicles and have never had to wait to get the paperwork. Also, it wasn't mailed until the day I called on August 23rd. Worthless employees and better yet, worthless oversight. Might as well have did business with the Bidens.

Had a great experience at Crain Hyundai. Took my car in for a recall service and the young lady at the service department was excellent. While there, I decided to purchase a new vehicle. Sebastian, the sales person, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with no high pressure sales tactics. Sebastian and the sales manager got me a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Crain Hyundai!

They were great at getting me into a car! Unfortunately, the 2019 Hyundai Tucson they sold me isn’t worth the money I’m paying for it. Bought this car on a Saturday. The following Monday morning, the check engine light came on. I took my car back to the dealership Tuesday. They kept it for a month replacing the catalytic converter, O2 sensors, and a few other things on their list. Finally, I got my car back, and didn’t even get to drive it 4,000 miles before the check engine light came on AGAIN. Took it back to them, and it was the O2 sensor again, since “they only replaced the back one last time, not the front one,” according to them. And just saying, “Sorry for the inconvenience,” doesn’t make it any better. My husband and I have bought our last three cars from Crain Hyundai Fort Smith, but from now on, I’ll just go somewhere else and I recommend that if you want a car that’s going to last more than a month without having to take it back to be repaired, you do the same and find a dealership that actually cares about their customers enough to sell them quality cars instead of lemons.

The used car I purchased had a myriad of unseen issues. After purchase, they hung the After market put over the tag. The camera did not work. The tire sensors were on the wrong tires. The tires they said that passed inspection were damaged and lost most of their pressure over 6 days. Slowly losing pressure from day to day. Sure the sold the car at fair market value, assuming the car wasn't absolutely trashed.

I had to give 1 star because zero isn't an option. Please take my advice and do NOT buy from these people. I bought my 2022 Hyundai from their Bentonville location. Great folks up there. The Fort Smith location though..... not so much. On 2 occasions my brand new car has had an engine malfunction. Both times I've taken it in only to be told by the service department that my car was running fine. Both times I've been stranded on the side of the road within just a few days of picking my car back up after the fort smith location has assured me it's running fine. At present I'm sitting on the side of the road waiting for them to come get my vehicle that won't start but has a clean bill of health from these jokers. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy a car. You'll regret buying one here. I sure do!!

I received a notice about two recalls on my Hyundai. I picked a local dealership to schedule those at and found during that process it had a third. Two were just software updates so nothing major. The third was a potential engine killer, some kind of rod connection bearing that might have been defective.I'd never gone through a car recall before so wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in the door. The staff took my car back to a mechanic who updated the software and inspected the part to see if it or the engine needed replaced. Took slightly over a hour, which felt rather quick. While I waited one of the service desk receptionist walked over and offered to get me coffee or water. Both were just a few feet from where I was sitting but it was rather nice of them to offer.Overall: friendly staff, quick service and they explained everything to my satisfaction.
