I was disappointed at the exclusionary practice of only going up to a size Large. That eliminates so many bodies from being able to shop at Crane. It's a shame. There's a good selection of trendy things for young women. Unfortunately, the sizes aren't large enough for someone with large breasts, not necessarily a large body. There were some cute gift items as that are reasonably priced.

My daughter received an item of clothing $42, never worn with tags for Christmas as a gift from a relative. We went today 12/29 and asked to exchange the item for something else in the store. They said without a receipt she could not EXCHANGE the item. If we called the relative and got her bank statement to show where she had purchased it then we could. To us this seems rude…. So no. Another lady in the store was appalled by this “policy” as well. Needless to say they lost a few customers over this experience. After we left we went to another local store to EXCHANGE a new with tag item, that was a gift….. no issues. They will have our business from here on out.

Love crane clothing they have some of the cutest clothes there I got my girls for Christmas I had a really cute selection of the CC beanies and the prices were reasonable love love love this place

Horrible experience with the assistant manager. Possibly need to find someone a little less timid and a lillte more professional. She attacks paying customas and makes them empty their pockets. Its alot like she wants them to steal??

Unfortunately, I bought a CC beanie on the online webpage. I did not realize this was an imported Chinese-made item. My mistake, for whatever reason I was under the impression they were made here and by your store. If not for the astronomical shipping I paid paired with buyer-paid return fees I would be returning my item. Not just because of the source of the product but also because it is very tight around the forehead (my head is average size).

Cute clothes at decent prices, but the return policy is not reasonable. If you need to return anything, you will not be given any money back on your purchase even if you have the receipt and it's only been two days. You are only given the option of store credit. Unfortunately, this will deter me from ever going back.
