I STRONGLY suggest you hire qualified employees !!. Or at least give some kind of training. Caulking material was left on my wood floors and some of my vents were caulked closed and broke. Very little clean up after working in my home twice.I think an on sight manager would save a lot of time and cost.

Wonderful place for many resources such as if your food insecure they can help you they even have postings for jobs Etc check them out
