I had a great experience! I got a new line set up on an iPhone I brought in. It took about 15 minutes total to completely set up my phone and he was training someone at the same time! Overall great customer service, and very affordable price for me.

Had such a great experience! Thank you so much Nik for all your help with getting my new service set up. 10/10 would recommend going to see Nik. He is very knowledgeable about and had amazing customer service. I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know looking to get a new phone.

Just left this store and I had to come and leave a review! The outside was super clean first off, I went in and spoke with the manager Nik. He was super helpful, answered all of my questions. I left feeling heard as a customer which is rare these days!

The customer service was awful when I had a problem with my new phone I had about 2 weeks the manager gave me my phone back and said he couldn't help me then when I canceled my service they wouldn't give me my transfer pin number so I could transfer my number to a different carrier they said that I would have to pay $65.00 then they would give me the transfer pin number but I could take another 30 days to receive my transfer pin. I am very disappointed in Cricket will never use them again.

He messing up my service didn't get my phone back to me and wouldn't reverse me month I missed a service that I paid for because the phone they gave me didn't work still charged me and everything for the month of service when I didn't get to use my phone
