CrossFit 413 is an incredibly welcoming and friendly gym with a great community that treats everyone like family. The atmosphere is not intimidating, making it highly recommended for anyone new to CrossFit or looking for a new box. The coaches are great, skilled, professional, and among the best. They go above and beyond to support every fitness level, explaining workouts clearly and ensuring members get what they need from each class with a smile. The facility is amazing, with lots of space and brilliant kit. The environment is excellent and supportive, with members and staff creating a motivational atmosphere. It is a highlight for visitors and drop-ins from out of town, who are made to feel like regular members. The community is thrilled to have newbies and is incredibly welcoming. This gym has changed lives and comes with the highest recommendation for anyone in the Fort Smith area.

We dropped in from out of town. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I have only done CrossFit a few times and the coach did a great job explaining the workout and set up. Overall, excellent experience.
