Due to my employer changing insurance on us to CVS. Caremark, I've had to start using CVS pharmacy for all maintenance drugs. I am a thyroid cancer survivor of 20 years. I'm solely dependent on the hormone taken daily to replace my thyroid. I had two rounds, a radioactive iodine therapy to kill any tissue that might be left. So with that being said, I'm completely dependent on the hormone taken. 2 weeks ago a transferred from a local pharmacy that I've used for 10 years, my maintenance drugs over to CVS within Target. Come Thursday I still have no thyroid. I'm going almost 14 days without it now one called. They had forgotten to get it filled from the old pharmacy. Now on Friday they can't fill it because my new insurance wants it to be 90 days supply instead of 30. At this point I asked if I can buy it outright and they say yes. I said I will buy one month supply outright until they can work it out with a doctor. I desperately need it. Friday. They say it's ready. My husband goes and picks it up and nothing but one of my other prescriptions and Flonase is ready. I still do not have thyroid and it's Sunday. I'm going on 16 to 18 days without it and filling very very weak. This is unexcusable mMediSavn Rogers avenue and never had let this happen. I am extremely disappointed with the pharmacy and being forced to use.

Always an issue with my prescriptions. Every. Single. Month. Technicians are nice and helpful, pharmacists no.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when I arrive during business hours only to find out they are closed. 11 am. No one knows why. U cant just close a pharmacy. People need their medicine...Very aggravating. Poor business practices.

Very poor leadership. Opens late, understaffed, prescriptions not ready when the texts say they are. Poor customer service.

This place is a nightmare. Rarely do they have the meds filled when the text says they are. My insurance will not let me go anywhere else to fill or I would. I know I'm not the only person who has trouble with this location and it dosent seem to be getting better. If anyone from this company actually reads these reviews, and cares, then I would like them to comtack me. I'm not hard to find.

Every month I get prescriptions filled I am told something different every time. I contact my provider to get new prescription as the pharmacy requested just to be told it isn't correct we need a different that was like the previous. Then get notification prescription is ready. To pick up incomplete order. Only to be told it is the providers fault & receive attitude from the pharmacy associates. By the end of the conversation & having to give attitude I am told the remaining part of the prescription will be ready the following day. So if the prescription was wrong & I was wrong then how now can the prescription now be filled. I should not have to call every month to receive attitude stating they told me last month, but yet here we are again with receiving incomplete order & be told it will be ready tomorrow

Always long lines. They text you and say your prescription is ready and then close early. I called at 5:30 on Friday evening and the pharmacy was closed! Supposed to be open till 7pm! Went on a Saturday and pharmacy was closed, was supposed to be open! Very nice people but poor management!

There was a girl with very colorful hair and braces on her teeth who used to work here. Once she left, the place has become impossible. I'm convinced that no matter what they tell you, they aren't working on filling your prescription unless you are there in person to ask for it. Should have been ready three days ago? "Give us an hour."If you're trying to call, be prepared to wait at least half an hour minimum to be granted the privilege of speaking with someone rude and unhelpful. This is, of course, if you can speak to anyone at all. They have a habit of closing for a whole day without warning or posting. I'll only be calling here one more time, and that's to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I highly recommend anyone else foolish enough to be a current customer do the same.

Every interaction with this pharmacy has been a headache. There seems to be a processing issue where prescriptions that are “ready” do not send notice, or at least in my experience. There has been two times in the past few months where I logged into the CVS app to check on my pending prescription to find that… it had already been filled AND PICKED UP when I had no notification that it was even ready. It was probably an automated notification, but still… very worrisome, but I don’t think the workers are at fault here. There is a reason why CVS cannot keep pharmacists at this location, nor customers. The pharmacy has now been temporarily closed for DAYS since their pharmacist quit. Thankfully, the location’s phone line is still on, so you can listen to their hold music. This company can’t even give notice to their customers via text or phone that this location is not open, but thank god the pharmacy staff left a note!

After being prescribed three new medications by my heart doctor over a week ago I went to fill my prescription and it was closed on a Friday. Living 60 Mi away I decided to stay the night and the next day and again was closed. A week later I was able to go back and the store was open but I was told my prescription was not available yet I had to wait while they went to lunch and come back after 2:00 to get my prescription filled I never want to use CVS again for any pharmaceutical needs

My insurance only works with CVS and this is the only CVS in Ft Smith or I would be long gone. Wait times are terrible and meds are never ready even when they call and text saying they are. Be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes just to then be told to walk around Target for another 30 while they fill the prescription. Took me 2 days to finally get my antibiotics. Unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Unfortunately our insurance forces us to use CVS and this is the closest one to us. First, I get text updates when my RX is ready for pickup. I e went so so many times to pick up RX after texts and them not be ready. Then have to wait 20-30 minutes in the store. Which is not unusual seeing as that's usually how long you stand in line to get to the register. Then there's the automatic refills that they do whether you sign up for it or not. Here's the funny thing. You get texts saying scripts are ready and they likely are not. When you have an auto refill you get 10 texts a day threatening to put your RX back if you don't pick it up. Yet....when you go to get it, guess what? It's not ready!!!!!We have started driving 20 miles out of the way to use a different CVS.

I've decided to change my rating, because those poor people that are behind the counter, are very nice people, and try their best to help you, so my bad rating goes to target, do some hiring, get enough people behind the counter to fill demand, you are getting plenty of business, 40 minute wait lines show that, HIRE MORE PEOPLE PLEASE
