DO NOT USE THEM. They are con artists, and will try to get more money from insurance companies. State Farm being one of them. This is from personal experience, when my car got hail damage over a year , they fixed it, wasn’t even done correctly told them about it and they said it was fixed correctly , now are coming back to the insurance company stating “we know it’s been over a year, but we feel this claim should’ve been more”. Oh how convenient. There’s been no hail storms or anything come through ,so I guess they’re hurting for money, join the club! But don’t be lying and conning people!! Please be vigilant if you choose to use these people. Do not like dishonesty. Shame on them.

This is the first bad review I’ve ever done but it needs to be said. This company has had my truck for months now. Yes MONTHS almost 3. I did tons of research to find someone to fix it after the hailstorm. They advertise quick turn around and all these loaner vehicles. I was told by Jake the manager that was at this location 2-3 weeks max. Nothing has been done to help me and my situation. I’ve asked to speak to someone above the managers of this location and was told no one is above them except for the owner and they can’t be contacted due to traveling. All smoke and mirrors. Find a true local company to fix your vehicle. Trust me this isn’t anyone local. In the owners defense how can they fix something people keep from them ?♂️. LOVED THE WORK THEY DID GOT A CALL FROM MY INSURANCE WHERE THEY TRIED TO MAKE ANOTHER CLAIM ON MY TRUCK AFTER I JUST HAD A WRECK AND IT WAS DEAMED TOTAL LOSS, THEY TRIED TO CLAIM THEY NEEDED TO CALIBRATE SENSORS IN MY TRUCK WHICH WAS A 04 RAM THAT DIDNT EVEN HAVE SENSORS. I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY AND EVEN REFFERED FREINDS TO THEM JUST FEEL LIKE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE WHERE POSSIBLE THE CLAIMS WAS ALMOST A YEAR APART. WATCH OUTService: Body & Trim
