No customer service at all!
Walked in with my father to look at shoes, there was no one to help so we went and spent money at Tradehome. Came back through as we left and he wanted a watch and cologne. No one to help at either. Luckily, the case was unlocked and I reached over the counter and got the cologne we both wanted from inside the case. We walked through to find someone at a register and the three women inside the jewelry area wouldn’t even acknowledge us. We walked over to women’s shoes to pay for our cologne and we left. We got home to find that one of the bottles of cologne was actually deodorant which we did not want. I understand that business is slower and the mall is slowly phasing out, but if you don’t plan on providing customer service, go ahead and close the doors now. This type of service is why people prefer online shopping.

Came in my work clothes to buy my mother shoes and perfume for mothers day. Had trouble getting help. Felt like I was passed over several times.
I don't need to be judged by people barely making minimum wage. I will do my shopping online from now on.
I hope Dilliards goes broke like every other closed store in the mall.

Beverly almost insists on purchasing clothing that we want to last from Dillard's Department Store. It costs more she says, but the clothing wears better and lasts. I differ to her logic on this one.

Felt like I was being watched like a HAWK! I am a brown gal and not sure if that's the training in theft prevention but I think I'll not shop there again. I have been a decent and loyal Payton and feel insulted Everytime I leave there. Disgusting!

Mahleek Fletcher-Baugh, Tailored Specialist in the men's area, was very helpful as we selected a piece of carry-on luggage. He shared his own experience with carry-ons and travel which was helpful because of our lack of flying experience. He made sure we had the right measurements and features needed. To top it off, the piece that fit our needs was on sale. We'll shop at Dillards again because of the professionalism of Mahleek!
