Dixie Digital has always taken good care of our small business. I recently ran out of toner for my copier and was having trouble finding a replacement. When I called they were out of stock as well but because they use the same toner in their own printer they removed theirs and personally delivered it to me so I could finish printing what I needed that day! That is above and beyond customer service! We highly recommend them for your office needs.

Our sales and customer service experience with Dixie Digital has been first rate. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have been happy with our purchase and their service! We are a small office and didn't need a big fancy machine and yet we have received the kind of service we would have expected had we purchased one.
