Store is always clean, never any carts full of stock sitting in the aisles. Prices are as marked, never had an issue. I travel a bit further to use this store because of those things. The staff is very friendly, shout out to Carlos for always being friendly and helpful! All the staff is great, but I see him the most.

For over a month this dollar general has not been fully stocked.also is dollar general so poor they can't afford run the ac.my God it is blistering hot in that building.

Disrespectful employee!! I went to the restroom as my husband stood in front of the door, because there was NO lock! She stood there the entire time watching us like we were trying to steal something!? When I said something, she was rude and snapped an attitude. Not everyone that comes in is trying to steal. I understand keeping an eye out but the way this woman did it was degrading and insensitive. We won't be returning to this dollar general!!! Oh she then proceeded to tell her co-worker to tell her and laugh about it in front of other people!! Immature ignorance

I just don't like that every time I go in there, My $5 off coupon never works. Although when I put my phone number in I can clearly see the register pulls it up. If you don't wanna honor the app version of the coupon then put a sign up.

Business etiquette is extremely lacking at this location. I've never walked into any establishment and staff be on their cell phone on speaker having a conversation with their boyfriend.

I don't have any issues with the store. I would have gave it 5 stars, but I'm only giving it 3 because I think it's wrong that the Northside of town has 2 dollar generals that stay open til 11pm.(& that's the "ghetto" of fort smith)
But the Southside of town, all of the dollar generals either close at 9pm or 10pm.
It would be nice to have just 1 dollar general to stay open til 11pm.
But that's just my opinion. Besides that this store is great. Always clean. Friendly employees. Good location.

I like the people who work there and hate to say this, but majority, I'm done. I am so tired of seeing one price over and over again and being charged another. I know how disrespectful customers can be messing things up but it's not getting fixed and I get over charged alot. I hate saying it cause again, the workers are cool. But I can't afford being over charged like this.
