THE WHITE MALE BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL HUMAN BEING I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I SERIOUSLY NEEDED TO USE THE PUBLIC RESTROOM AND HE LOOKED ME IN MY FACE AND SAID "THIS IS A CUSTOMER RESTROOM...ONLY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS! YOU CAN DRIVE DOWN TO THE DIRTY RESTROOMS AT BEN GEREN PARK IF YOU NEED TO USE A PUBLIC RESTROOM!" I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO THERE TO PURCHASE GAS OR ANYTHING! IT WOULDN'T BE WORTH THE TRIP BECAUSE OF HIS TOTAL DISRESPECT TO ME!! I WONDER JUST HOW MANY OTHER INDIVIDUALS HE'S DISRESPECTED THE SAME WAY HE'S DISRESPECTED ME!! I HOPE THAT STORE GETS SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!?????

Purchasers beware. If I could give them no stars I would. I called and tried to give them a heads up that someone may have put a skimmer on their gas pump and the guys was so rude to me and got extremely defensive about me even suggesting it could happen. Sorry I tried to let them know that there could be a problem. I think I would want to know and take action to check it out if my customers were getting their information stolen. He stated that no other customers have complained but a lot of people don't know to contact the store and most people don't know where their information was stolen from. Our company fuel cards are very secure. It was the card company that shut down the card because they thought there was suspicious activity when it was used in Texas. They are the people that advised us to contact the store last fueled at.

Don't walk in there wearing pajamas and expect to get the same treatment as someone in a uniform. Best gas station ever, Alan calls it like he sees it.

I go in just about every morning and am always greeted and never feel mistreated. I have figured out that if you’ll be a respectable person to Alan, you’ll receive the same treatment.

Guy working the noon hour shift was extremely rude. His icee machine has mold growing on the inside of it but he's more interested in playing on his phone than cleaning his icee machine

Stopped to grab a soda and use restroom. When we walked in I asked where the Restroom was? The owner started yelling saying, "I am more than a Restroom, more than a Bathroom" I said I was going to buy something but I needed the restroom because of medication I am on. He yelled again, "I wouldn't come to your house and start demanding a restroom!!" I said.... how else would I find what I need unless I ask..... Unbelievably rude to two older ladies that just stopped by for 5 minutes.

Alan the owner of this establishment is a racist little boy. If I didn't know the persons that worked at this establishment I would have put him in his place. Avoid this place at all cost.

Went in to get snacks for the day to find manager extremely rude. Worst convenience store ever. There's nothing convenient about a manager who makes sny rude comments about his customers. I mean just look at the reviews this place already has, that alone should tell you this place isn't a good place for convience. Horrible service and I will be coming back, but just to give him a hard time. However myself and my large family will NOT be going to any Doug's chain gas stations in the future due to their horrendous service and lack of respect and care for customers.
