Can’t speak to a manager? Makes me call random call centers that DO NOT RELAY THE MESSAGES AND CONTINUES TO DELIVER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Says a ticket is made and the mistake won’t happen again and happens again the very next day. So now my kids Christmas is at ANOTHER PERSONS HOUSE BEING CONTINUOUSLY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. The driver said my package isn’t even on his route when IT SHOULD BE (he said this himself btw) so they’re just delivering my packages to the wrong zip code continuously. And won’t let me speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue ON SITE.
