They left my package in my mailbox and it was stolen. For the last month my pkg have been left EVERYWHERE but my porch. I can't get anywhere with a phone because they can't find my tracking number. YOU CANNOT GET A HUMAN WITHOUT ONE. I WILL BE GOING TO SEE THEM IN PERSON.

I was supposed to receive a package today. Shipment details told me it was over 100 lbs. Driver BRENNEN parked far away from my unit and asked if someone was available to help him transport item. He said the box opened on its own in his truck. He said he would have to take package back to terminal to repackage it. Then, deliver it. The parking lot is literally in front of my door to the left. He made a right on the sidewalk when leaving my apt. Why are drivers asking for help to do their job? Why are they not provided with tools to help them deliver heavy items with ease? Why should I be inconvenienced? Why park so far away from unit when there is ample space near unit? I’m now expected to receive item tomorrow. If not, I will be visiting terminal. I already spoke to customer support through phone and got a response through FedEx Instagram account. I will seek ALL avenues. I expect a positive outcome tomorrow. If a district manager/regional manager see this, please reach out. Thanks!

LAMAR (DRIVER FROM FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS) IS LAZY!!! THIS IS DAY TWO OF ME SITTING AT HOME WAITING FOR THIS PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED WHEN IT WAS NEVER ATTEMPTED BUT HE SURE SCANNED IT THAT WAY. GUESS ILL BE MAKING THE HOUR DRIVE TO PICK UP LIKE I HAVE EVERYTIME ONE OF MY PACKAGES HAS LANDED ON LAMARS TRUCK!!!

Bad delivery service. My tracking said out for delivery and it was on the truck. The guy shows up but doesn’t get out of the truck and then leaves with my package. WTH! Sounds like driver was lazy and didn’t want to look for the package on the truck. Lazy!

They will routinely leave packages in the rain in the middle of the sidewalk or the driveway instead of the covered front porch by the front door. Mr. FedEx driver, you are on my list… 5 packages so far. You have failed me for the last time, don’t fail me again. (Disclaimer: this is for humor, not as a threat. but in all seriousness, I’m sick of this lazy delivery company).

It blows my mind that this company is still in existence. They hire drivers that do not care where they drop packages. I believe they either steal or just dump them at random locations. They are still getting paid while we pay for things we never get what we paid for! Do better fed ex!

Delivered to wrong address. Told driver he was at wrong address, driver was extremely rude, he was 100 feet from correct address, on the correct road, and still refused to deliver to correct address.

Had an order supposed to be here yesterday. Never showed . Driver showed up this morning , couldn’t find my packages, said it must have got put on wrong truck. He said the driver yesterday quit with out warning and didn’t have a back up driver . Fed ex uses contractors and don’t pay them shit but service these days sucks with fed ex

They delivered my order which was heavy on time and only one small hole in the box but we figured out it was on purpose because the box didn't have handles but really needed at least one to be able to move it without dropping it so not made at all it actually helped us get it in the house.

Great place to work for, pretty much on your own on the road all day. Terminal itself runs pretty tight ship, and I've been out of town with contingency, so I've seen other terminals. If you're coming here to pick up a package, don't get here before 8am, or you can't get in and it might not be ready.
