The vibes here are immaculate. There is a great variety of shoes and clothing, and the employees are supper nice! 10/10 definitely get your next shoes here!

Shoes were brought back within the return time frame and not worn. Manager denied the return.

Manager was very hateful. Will be reporting him to cooperate asap. Poor customer service. I bought shoes had them less then 24 hours and they didn't fit me right so I took them back with the receipt and the manager wouldn't let me return them. The photo I'm sharing is what the shoes look like they was never worn and he was just very hateful and not helpful at all

Went to finish line today 12-13-2022. Workers need training on people skills! The lady looks like she hates her job. Went to journeys across from them and was treated like a customer.

Been waiting for the store to open to get a pair of shoes which were a first come first serve shoe.I was the first one in the store and yet the worker said someone already bought them..I win raffles there to be inform that someone before me got the last one..Seems like if u don’t know the workers you wont get the shoe..

Went in for a pair of shoes for my son. Staff said hi but then forgot we were there. Spent a few minutes looking for shoes and when no one came to help us we went to Champs and bought shoes.
