Since 1985 we have been providing gymnastics and tumbling instruction for children ages 14 months thru 18 years. We employ highly experienced instructors and teach in a positive manner. Whether your child's wants recreational instruction or competitive team experience Flame will provide the finest experience in the river valley area.
A really great environment to learn. All the coaches we’ve worked with have been amazing! Tamie always has such a big and bright smile and is very welcoming. Mike has done a great job with my daughters. They’ve improved on their tumbling so much since joining Flame.

My 2-year-old is in the morning toddler class, and he loves it! Coach Mike is great with him! I'm looking forward to adding swimming lessons.

We travel 90 miles one way to come here for the men’s gymnastics team. Coaching is excellent & kids feel supported while trying new skills. The environment is very positive. All the coaches know how to interact with kids in a way that’s motivating & uplifting. It really is like a big family at this gym! :)
