I went for the release of the Pokémon Prismatic Evolution Surprise Box (same day and Blooming Waters) release. I got to the store at 7:30am and was first in line.When the store opened I asked about the boxes so i could purchase them I was told they were on the actual sales floor and people who got there maybe 30 minutes before opening took all the boxes available. I’m pretty sure that when release days happen the items (very anticipated items at that) are behind the counter to control and ensure people are able to get what they waited hours to get. The worker just let it happen and did not say anything to make it fair. In all of my release day experiences, i have never had the item i wanted be anywhere else but behind the counter and taken like it was.

Does anyone even work here? No matter what day or time of day I call, nobody answers the phone. Kind of hard to run a business that way - especially since I won’t bother making the trip all the way down there to see if they’ve got what I’m looking for when they very well may not. Who wants to waste the time and gas? 🤷♂️

My son got a game that the disk was no good and they didn't hesitate to replace it with a working one....such friendly and professional people there...will continue to be a repeat customer.

Worst GameStop in town they never answer the phone, they close an hour before posted time!! Thes people are a sorry excuse for GameStop! They should all be fired and have new staff brought in I'm so sick of these people I wish I had another GameStop that was closer...
