When you advertise at store front, on Google, and listings that you open at 11am Mon-Fri and here it is 11:10 and not a soul in sight.... we have a staffing problem. There are several people out front waiting on doors to open, and none of the employees care to be at work on time, or possibly even show up, the shops in trouble. This is not how business should be operated. If store hours are changing.... advertise that. However, I am assuming this is just an example of bad work practice. Where is the management on this?

Love to shop the pre-owned selection of controllers and video games - as close to a movie rental as you can get - which makes the hobby much more fun. They carry fun console accessories, cases, shirts and gifts. They have new consoles on display for everyone to try. Friendly and knowledgeable people behind the counter as well.

They took advantage of my 12 year old son and I really can’t believe they did. Ought to be ashamed of themselves, customer service wasn’t very good and the store was very stinky! Like someone hadn’t hadn’t the decency to flush when they pooped. We even came back an hour later and they ended up ripping my kiddo off pretty bad o a trade in. Sad

Always have some kind of sale going on. They have a huge selection of video games for playstation and X Box and many others . I like buying the pre-owned games and saving a few bucks. Oh and the staff is vary friendly ?

They wouldn't answer there phone and after three tries of calling they picked up there phone were out just went to the busy signal. They have really poor customer service if they can't answer the phone for a customer then imagine how lazy they are in there work ethic

3 employees inside standing around with the open witn on but a sign on the door saying reopening in 30 minutes. It's been longer than that.

If you want poor service this is the place for you don't call on the phone they can't help you and if Joseph tries to help you you should just turn and walk out he is incompetent. I can only imagine how much money Joseph has cost the owners in Lost business.
