I’ve tried so many times to give GameStop a chance but no more. I bought a BRAND NEW ps5 controller with a warranty, the trigger went bad so I went to exchange it and they gave me a dirty and used one. I’m not confrontational so I took it. Within 30 minutes of using it I was getting crazy stick drift. Called to explain the situation and they said they would only give me another used one and couldn’t return it to get my money back. If I buy a warranty on a brand spanking new controller why is the replacement a used and dirty one?? Who knows who’s grubby nasty hands and house it was in before and it was unusable!! GameStop has always been in the business of ripping people off, and I’m finally seeing that. Not to mention the dude who replaced my controller copped an attitude like I was wrong for wanting a new working controller on a WARRANTY exchange. I hope their stock crashes again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This is how business should be done! These people were friendly and did just as they said they would do. My son called they gave him the price and put the game back for him so when we walked in all we had to do was give them his name .They gave us the game for the price they gave us over the phone and they were very kind and the place felt welcoming. They will be getting more of our buisness, Thanks guys!

They need to update store hours online. They aren't open at 10am any day during the week. They always open at 12, but you wouldn't know unless you go up to the door.

Nostalgia. My wife and I used to play PlayStation 3 games and recently I came across a old console. I was trying to find some old PlayStation. 3 games and gamestop had them for me. Great selection.
