The new $400. Limit for Veterans discount is wrong. Why do that? Many Vets live on their disability from the VA. Including me. Is Mr.Burns your CEO? Why do this? It's insulting and typical.As well, I dont want another app on my phone. Make it so the clerks can over ride this program. If the team that created this were to be in battle with live fire all around around, or see a fellow brother get mortality wounded their perspective might be different. Then we will see if proper respect is due. Really poor decision Home Depot.You lost my business, and hope every Veterans, and their supportsGOD BLESS AMERICA

First time visiting this Home Depot. We were in a need for a new riding lawnmower and they had a great price on a John Deere. The employees were very helpful loading the item and answering all our questions. Thank you

Horrible store online and local. I have spent months and countless customer service phone calls and texts (they prefer you text so yes, I have written proof), trying to order an item that we needed. First order is delivered extremely damaged. We refuse order as everything on receipt and packaging says to refuse if damaged. Home Depot didn't like that. Bunch of texts and phone calls to reorder same item which should have been easy since it was their fault. Item delivery is postponed and postponed. Keep cancelling out day when they say it will be delivered to be here because it's large item. It wreaks havoc and causes stress. Still no deliver. Calls and texts again from me to home depot. Item was returned by someone other than us before it was delivered. Countless phone calls and texts to get item reordered-yes it's insanity. Item delivery gets postponed and postponed and postponed. I finally get phone number for delivery company. They say they don't deliver to Ft Smith so they returned the item yet Home Depot and we the customer who purchased are not informed. Calls and texts to customer service. Get manager on text finally who says he's looked over the file and will now see what he can do. Then he leaves. Off shift they said. Period. Call the customer service number and talk to resolutions dept they say. Call and they say no such thing as resolutions dept. Text back and they say the same thing. Insanity. Should have stayed with Lowe's. Will in future. It may seem cheaper here-there's a reason! You're paying for nothing but stress and headache.

I needed some food grade 5 gallon buckets with lids. I went to the area that had buckets, but didn’t see any that were food grade. An employee walked nearby and I asked for her assistance. She immediately came and looked and found some on the top shelf. She had to go get a huge ladder to get to them. They were stacked very high, but she was able to get what I needed. I thanked her and she said she works in the kitchen area. Even though it was someone else’s area she took the time and effort to assist. Her name is Sheila and I hope the Fort Smith store manager knows what an awesome employee she is. Thank you Sheila! I’ll be looking you up when I need anything in the “kitchen” dept.

A couple of weeks ago I came into this store and I was injured by one of the Employees named Tabitha. She was helping me look at a solid wood door then shoved it back in place, cutting and breaking my finger. She offered me a band-aid and ran off. I will be seeking reimbursement for medical costs

The employees are untrained,not helpful and very understaffed. Good thing I worked at a Hardware store in my past or I would probably still be there walking around looking for help

My 78 yr old grandmother recently purchased a refrigerator and stove from this location. On July 10th it was delivered and set up but the ice maker was not installed. The service tech stated the guy that sold her the items didn’t write it up to be installed. After calling the store several times being hung up on or just not getting an answer she went back to the store and they scheduled someone to come out. On July 24th someone came told her she should have ice in 24-48 hrs.

Now have to load this 700$ piece back up. And drive a hr there and wait for a new one to be cut. And watch over there work to make sure it's done right! Cut me short! Needs some new training

Since moving to the area in '97 Home Depot has been our favorite go-to place for all the remodeling we've done on our 70+ yr old farm house. Until recently. They have a manager I have not seen before, and frankly, I think he needs to be replaced. He did not listen fully to my complaint and constantly talked over me. He was more interested in telling me his view instead of hearing me out. When I tried to ask a question (several times) he'd jump ahead and tell me his procedure or how I should do it, before I could even finish what I was trying to explain. He has no clue what customer service is all about. Actually, in the 20 years we've been shopping at this location, customer service has declined quite a bit. It's so disappointing. BY THE WAY, we are building a new 3600+ sq ft home with full disability access features as my spouse is a disabled Vet. As much as I prefer Home Depot to Lowes, we'll be taking our money over to Lowes.

Came for a trash can it wasn't down on floor. Waited 30 min and the lady in the paint told me I needed to go back told garden after manager told associate to get a forklift and retrieve trash can and deliver it to self check out while I shopped said it would take about ten minutes. All in all took 45 min. And I was cold shoulder

The Fort Smith Home Depot (FSHD) WILL NEVER get another dollar from me AGAIN! The people they have at the Customer Service Desk (CSD) are liars! I came into to make a return with a receipt and one of the worker bees said I could not return the items I had purchased less than a week ago. I initially accepted this response, but I turned around and requested to speak to the store manager. This little girl, who says she was the CSD manager, comes over to talk to me. I told her I wanted to talk to the store manager and I knew she was not the store manager. I quietly waited there and then this young man asked to see my receipt and issued me a refund. I will go to Lowe's, Ollie's, Sutherlands, or Ace Hardware, but I will NEVER SHOP AT OR RECOMMEND FSHD TO ANYONE!

I signed up for a cc to save a few bucks and once approved the discount went away. You can’t get through via phone, chat or web. Some kind of glitch or ? You be the Judge. I plan to cancel the credit card and haven’t charged the first thing on it. Lowes is a better store better web and way better customer service in my opinion.
