I had a drop and hook here and had zero issues. The Google image of the facility is outdated. The drop yard is concrete and painted lines...no gravel lot. There was plenty of room to maneuver.

45 minutes just to get through security to check in and that was with three trucks

Quick to dock door 3e, unloading quick. However, be aware that door 3e malfunctions and may not unlock when they finish to give the green light. If you've been waiting for a while, go ask shipper if the door is working
