I was sent to Medisav on Rogers for compounding. The first time I went in everyone acted like I was bothering them. When I asked the pharmacy girl how to use the product, she asked the same of the female pharmacist. I heard her say “the instructions are on it”. And of course I was a bit unsure of the checkout process so I asked for direction. They really acted like I was stupid and I was worried about having to use them. The second time I went was much better. So, maybe it was just a bad day.

Have used MediSav for over 30 years. They have always been polite, helpful, and very patient, answering all of my questions. I really do appreciate all of you! Especially helping me with my husband during a long illness that kept him fairly immobile. Someone even came out to our car to give him vaccinations . Thank you for great patient care.

Needed a nebulizer machine for my dad as his stopped working this morning. Was informed he would need an RX for the machine. I can see needing an RX for the solution but the actual machine is just insane. It's a weekend, his doctor is out. Was told well you can take him to the walk in. So incur a bill his insurance won't pay to satisfy your ridiculous requirement? Thank you Health Depot for not being ignorant and selling me a machine so that my father can get the treatments he is prescribed. Medisav you might want to take a lesson here.

We recently moved here to Fort Smith. We chose MediSav on Rodgers. They won't communicate. Every time you call them with an issue, the first thing they say is who did you talk to. You very rarely talk to the same person. The last straw was when they drained my bank account, to pay for my wife's medicine, where the problem came in is my wife is on medacaid. When I seen this I picked up the phone to call them & my phone rang & it was MediSav. The first thing after she told me why she was calling is that my card was declined, & I owed them $50.00 to cover the rest of her medication. The first thing I said was why are you draining my bank account? She's on medacaid. We were with them about 8-10 months at that point. She has been on medacaid all that time. MediSav wouldn't tell me why this happened. After 4 phone calls that day (all made by myself) the lady said it would be 3 days before I could get my money back to my account. I asked her about my medicine she told me how much my medication was. She told me. I said I'm out after that day & how was I supposed to pay for it? I said remember you drained my bank account. I went 2 days without my medicine, because of there screw-up. I waited to see if my money was deposited & it was exactly 72 hours for the money to be deposited. As soon as it was I pulled our medication & had it sent to Walmart. Never once did they say they were sorry for what happened. I believe they should be investigated for fraud. I will NEVER have anything to do with them ever again.

Amanda is rude and hateful. I will not be back for anything... Not even to purchase a candle. She treated me absolutely terribly about my dying dog's medicine- unforgivable. If she can't deal with an emotional customer (not angry, just very sad), then she needs to get out and find a different job. I only used this pharmacy b/c I don't think my regular one does compounding. I am in shock, actually. Miss Amanda, you are going to get yelled at, you are going to deal with sick people... You can't be an a**hole working in a pharmacy. You should be honored to even be employed.

just back from getting travel vaccines. have been to a number of different places in the past but this was the most helpful, intelligent, educational experience we have ever had. Not rushed and answered all our questions. if you need travel vaccines go nowhere else!

I have used medisave for years, i love their efficiency! However, it seems like the staff has gotten increasingly rude everytime i visit. I would definitely trade slower service to the attitude i get there.
