Had a terrible experience if I could put 0 starsi would went there two days prior bought some pants they didn't fit so try to return them and I get a receipt with store credit instead of my money back so now Im forced to buy their merchandise with this receipt copy when I bought my pants with $100 cash very frustrated because everyone knows that a receipt paper rubs off and you can't see the ink anymore not only that the manager there that drives the black Dodge charger is very rude and Lacks customer service skills I have no idea how she became the manager she seems like the Goodwill Grinch

Not the best selection, expensive, and while we would have spent 20-30$ there was three cashiers and one line with a lady who had two baskets and they wanted us to wait. Rude, lacking basic customer service skills.

The donation door people like throwing away, donations as soon as they come in? I was sick with the flu and didn’t want to get anybody else sick with person to person contact and I watched him throw away my stuff into the garbage because I didn’t stay and greet him ?

I had a bizarre experience here today. I went to the back doors to donate my things and no one answered the bell like they typically do when you roll up. I checked the sign on the door for the store hours to make sure I hadn't arrived too late, but it was clearly posted that the store closed at 7pm, and it was only a little before 6:30. I knocked. No response. I checked again to be sure I wasn't missing something posted - like maybe they stop taking donations at a certain time - but I didn't see anything like that and it was only 6:30, so I knocked again a little louder, assuming no one could hear me. There are big glass doors and I can see right into the back room, and no one was around, so I knocked loudly figuring they must be tied up and maybe they'll hear that someone's at the back door. Anyway, I decided to get in my car and back over the doorbell again a couple times since no one could hear my knocking. No response. Then I see someone walk by inside at a fair distance - twice - "oh! now they'll hear me!" I think, lol, so I knocked louder. I was genuinely perplexed thinking there must be music playing inside because they obviously don't hear me. They're just going about their business and no one even takes once glance at the door. I'm not even feeling impatient honestly, I'm just knocking louder thinking they just don't hear me. Alas, no one comes, so I just pulled around to the front. I'm not in a bad mood or upset or anything. I smile at the clerk, tell her "sorry to bother you, I was just trying to donate my stuff in the back and I knocked but I don't think anyone heard me or they must be busy or shorthanded. Just wondering if I can drop off my stuff." Big smile. A woman - manager? I dunno - walks up to me from the back and is furious. She tells me how rude I am, that I was banging on the door over and over, that they don't take donations after 6:30, that I was "breaking her glass," etc etc. I stayed really calm and explained that no one acknowledged me or the knocking, that the only hours posted out back say 7pm, and that I could only assume they didn't hear, and definitely wasn't breaking any glass. She cut me off like we were in a cat fight and told me "you may be better off shopping at Savers." Uhhh...I just came here to donate some stuff? I just told her nicely that I didn't come here to fight and left with all my donations, lol, and then had multiple customers follow me out of the store to apologize for the lady and tell me how rude she was to me. The whole experience was so bizarre and volatile. I'm sure she gets really rude people, so she interpreted my knocking as aggressive, but I swear - in spite of my loud knocking - I was just confused and knocking because it was apparent that no one could hear me. I wasn't annoyed or impatient like she thought I was. Anyways, I'll probably go back some time again. The cashier who was there was very sweet to me when I first went in. But if management ever gets a chance to read this: 1). It would help so much if a sign is clearly posted saying that donations are no longer accepted after 6:30
2). A friendly acknowledgement from the staff in the back with a "sorry we're closed" through the glass doors would have kept the situation from escalating like it did. I felt really misunderstood and attacked, and apparently so did the other customers. One lady who was in line flagged me down in the parking lot to say she was so sorry, and another guy told me his wife asked him to come check on me to make sure I was okay. It was that bad.

Absolute trash. Not sure how this place is even in business. Rude staff and poor management. Smells like mold and cat pee. What a joke.

Nice clean store, but a lot of things are not priced, I assume someone properly took tags of, but if you ask a price on something your interested in, they just take it away from you and say they’ll price in and put it back out tomorrow.I see that as just poor customer service, so we just got the one thing we had already picked out and left. We went to the other goodwill across town. They have managers that are capable of pricing items with missing tags.
