Graphic Packaging International is a good shipper. The office people are very friendly and completely nice. There is overnight parking and space to stay at night. The loading process is usually good, with some getting loaded and out in 1-2 hours for an excellent experience. However, wait times can be long, with reports of several hours total waiting. It is recommended to call the shipping number beforehand to verify if the cargo is ready. They want 2 straps or bands for loading. A porta potty is available outside the office, though it is noted as a little far away. Door Dash or Uber Eats can deliver to the location.

I had a pick up scheduled for 10:00 am checked in at 9:50 and check out 11:00 am . Super fast and the guy at the shipping desk was very nice and polite.

Arrived about an hour before my appointment time I was the only truck there checked in by door 8 was assigned a dock immediately and was done being loaded in 32 minutes awesome experience
