Perfect day for a perfect buy! I went in with the mindset of just browsing & getting the numbers to compare. My salesman, Seth, was understanding of my current car issues and being in a negative equity situation. He didn’t push the new car on me, he asked what other cars I was interested in but didn’t bash the other brands. He was honest and respectful in his responses, and you could tell he was trying to get me the best deal based on my circumstances with an outstanding car loan. Due to this, I decided to give him my business and I purchased my new 2026 Buick Envista within the price range/car payment amount I wanted! The whole process was smooth, I asked a ton of questions and none of the staff got irritated. I chose to finance in which Mr. Durham was very professional & helped me choose the best package for my needs. In the end, Andrina was super helpful with showing me all of the updated tech features & she assisted with all the final questions I had. I am extremely blessed that this group handled my first big purchase with ease!

Deceitful sale tactics! Details agreed to over phone and including texts then after driving over 77 miles, they switched numbers from what had been agreed to. Very unethical and unprofessional!!!

Chico Gonzalez and Adriana Burton made my experience was terrific. Chico did everything he promised to prepare my car and he is great to work with. Adriana went above the call to help me. She was incredibly sweet, kind and considerate. She helped me thru the process and was so pleasant to work with. A very good experience.

Chico Gonzalez was the BEST sales consultant we’ve ever had experience with. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We will definitely be back when it’s time for another car.
The dealership was fair, clean, everyone was pleasant and they even had a great toddler/young child play area. We were in and out with a new truck within 90 minutes. *update* We came back 4 months later to purchase a second car. Same experience as before. 100 percent would recommend Chico.

Derek Creekmore and the finance team will go above and beyond to make you the best deal around. They had a great selection, with no pressure sales team.
The amount that was given for our trade far surpassed what other dealers offered.

I brought the car in because the ac quit cooling when traveling. Nothing was found. You completed a recall on something. I returned that day because you failed to reinstall the icons. I returned again because the ac symbol wasn’t working. It quit working again. I’m interested in fuel economy. New car 4900 mis.
