Awesome experience at Harry Robinson Buick GMC. Tamara was great getting us started towards a new car and also very helpful. Brent finished the job, he was very kind and he had such a sweet spirit about him. We drove away with a car that we had been dreaming of for years. I would personally like to take a moment to thank several people who made the purchase of my new Buick possible. I would like to thank Tamara for assisting me and also Chico and Joey for showing me the car and also Adriana for going over all the ins and outs and showing me how everything works on the vehicle. We went in knowing we wanted a truck, we went right to it and in 3 hours we drove away. Chico and Aileen made the process so easy and quick! I just recently bought a new 2024 GMC Sierra from Harry Robinson GMC. Everyone that I interacted with along the way was a pleasure to work with. Everything was upfront and clear, and the staff was low pressure, polite, and very helpful, which is not the normal dealership experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire transaction. Dealerships in Texas were price gouging like crazy (I’m looking at you and your $20k markup Covert GMC in Austin), so I called around until I found a dealership who wasn’t charging crazy over sticker. Spoke on the phone with Michael who was super helpful, very direct about their required $750 5-year paint and cloth coverage (I’ll happily pay that), and helped me find a Denali Ultimate that was on the way to the Harry Robinson dealership. I put down a (non-refundable) deposit, which I was nervous about but Michael gave me all the documentation I needed to make me feel comfortable that it was legitimate.I then got connected with Johnny, the sales rep who handled the rest of the sale. Between Michael and Johnny, I was in near constant communication with the dealership until my truck was delivered, and they gave me plenty of notice to make the 7 hour drive to Fort Smith.Upon my arrival, I was greeted and welcomed by a whole team of folks at Harry Robinson, who made me feel welcomed until Johnny arrived for his shift (bad planning on my part). I only waited 15 min before Johnny arrived and we got the paperwork rolling.My trade in went smoother than I could have asked for, no pressuring sales tactics to upgrade warranties (they offered but didn’t push harder when I said no).Next I met with Saralinna who got me setup with the MyGMC app, OnStar, and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the truck’s features. She was patient with my questions and happy to repeat herself when I missed something.All in all, I’ve honestly never had a better dealership experience. Thanks Michael, Johnny, and Saralinna!

I took my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 in for service appointment I made online. I dropped vehicle off at 10am. I called at 4pm for update. Service advisor asked me if I ever put extra fuel in after pump stops. I said, I have on occasion. He said, over fueling was cause of my intermittent check engine light that appears every 5,000 miles or so. Fuel made its way into evap canister. He told me he would call me back with more warranty information. I had random misfire engine codes p0300 at 38,000 and 43,000 miles. He called me later and told me warranty coverage was unclear on emissions parts and service manager was looking in to matter. I called back the following day. Service advisor told me power train warranty would not cover repairs needed. It was very annoying they did not call me and tell updated warranty coverage information when they received it. I was skeptical of explanation regarding repair to begin with. Quote for labor and parts was ridiculous, around $780. I declined repair. I paid $155 for mechanic evaluation and left. I will not be returning. I had to call for initial update and then again for warranty coverage update. I do not feel customer service is priority at this dealership. As far as my truck, I'll look to trade in with local dealership that has great reviews from happy customers. I won't be buying from Harry Robinson.

Derek Creekmore and Pam what can I say. Y'all were the most amazing ever as well as the others. But you two went above and beyond today. I have been in and around dealerships for better of ten years from office manager to service manager and I have to saying was so impressed at how you two treated us today. Thank u for taking the time to make sure we understood every thing that was going on and answering all our questions. Tell the big man I suggest raises for you both.

Just bought a brand new Buick from the dealership. I worked with Liz Torres so if you get the chance.. Request her! She was amazing. So friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured with Liz and the staff. Yet we were in and out in our new car minus our trade in about two hours. Completely painless experience. I will definitely be back to Harry Robinson, and hopefully Liz will still be available! Thanks so much Liz!

I was very happy with our experience with Eric Flores. I went there knowing exactly what I was looking for and he stepped right up and helped us with the process. He wasn’t pushy and he was very informative. Would definitely use him again if I was looking for a new car.
