Easy car buying experience. Victoria called me after I sent an inquiry, answered all my questions frankly and honestly and described the vehicle well. I came up from Texas and the truck was as she described it, no surprises. Transaction was easy, signed and I was down the road. I'd definitely buy another car from them.

My car buying experience at Carco last week was the best ever. Victoria was so knowledgeable and accommodating finding the perfect vehicle for me! This place was incredible!! After getting the runaround all day at so many buy here pay here lots we came across this place, we had never heard of it but decided to stop in. It was a great decision we had! When we arrived I told him straight forward what my credit was like, my income and the payment amount i would like to stay around, they were able to get me into a nice, low mileage, newer model vehicle easy even with not having the best credit still with a payment that was possible for me. So many nice vehicles on their lot, and they were all at fair prices for their worth!! The salesman and the service man were both very nice. I would definitely recommend going to them, we test drove 5 cars and all 5 of them ran like jewels and all had low mileage. These people are also very honest and straightforward. Very good people, if you are looking to get into a nice car that isn’t overpriced for it’s worth, this is your place!!!

I needed to replace my car, and I came to Carco Auto Sales of Fort Smith, AR. They put me in a low-mileage, late model, well cared for car, that was within my desired price range.
They were straight-shooters and more than pleasant to work with. I would recommend them without reservations. I would not hesitate to give them my future business.

I was so nervous to start the car buying experience again after bad experiences in the past but I am SO thankful I ended up at Carco Used cars with Victoria. In a time when you think customer service is a dying art, places like Carco restore your faith in humanity. Victoria helped answer any questions I had, got me an amazing rate for financing, helped me clean out my trade in, move over car seats, make a copy of my insurance card to drive home with, etc. I know none of these things are groundbreaking, but all these little things added up to the best car buying experience I’ve had. I will be sending all my friends to see their car lot where customer service and actual honest, straightforward pricing still lives!

I called salesperson about a car they had listed, but no pictures. Caleb answered about the car and sent pics directly from his cell phone. The car was super clean and the next day I paid them a visit for a test drive in person with my son. I bought the car as the pictures told the story. Great experience. If you want a great car for the price this is the place. Employees are great. I bought 2 car's from them. First one hail storm took it out. I have the other one for 13 years no problem with it. Now on number 3. Still going strong. Will buy my cars from here.
