“Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! They were knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. My mother and I declared them all HERO'S!!!!! We are greatful. Sadly I didn't get there names but this is a great place to go for anything you need for your home!”

“When buying bulk you simply go in pay for what you want they hand you a receipt and you go give the receipt to the person around back and they get your items and load them into the vehicle for you. Very fast and friendly good service”

“My husband and I went to Southerlands looking for garden flowers and a small child's bench. (Our two little Westie dogs love to lay on our older broken bench). We found THE CUTEST one on the display floor, but with no price. Heather came to help us and she was exceptional!! She went above and beyond. We we able to get it already assembled at no extra charge. Matt also came over to answer questions and he carried the heavy little bench to check out for us. We chatted with Heather the whole way, sharing our furry dog family pics with each other. What a delightful human being she was. She made it a wonderful shopping experience that day!! “Home Depot would get five stars if they ever had enough employees to be able to assist you in finding things in their store. I did have a pleasant experience this week though. Andrea at the front desk was very helpful because I was there to pick up an item with a business card that did not have my name on it and she did allow me to contact the owner and get approval to release the jackhammer to me so that was very helpful because the owner is based out of Tennessee and I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas so that was not going to work. But it got resolved and I got my jackhammer and everything worked out just fine with her help.”
