Very helpful with my daughter's prosthetic. The only problems I've had with service or products are the delays my insurance have had getting back with Horton's. While we have waited on insurance the staff has done everything they could during the dwell time.

There customer service socks. I called thete Head office they don't even call about the sorry service the office in ft smith gives. I'll go barefoot before I buy anything from them

These people really know how to treat their clients! Truly excellent! I would recommend them to anyone in need of orthotics & or prosthetics!
