“Very nice rooms, beds are comfy. Pillows are ok. Huge issue with 1/2 washers down and 2/2 driers down so we couldn't do or laundry. How can 3/4 machines be down at once? That tells me they have been down a while and is a low priority.”

“I was checked in by amber and she was the sweetest! I was a bit over the edge and she help calm me down and get the help I was needed! She was the best! I met Ashley as well and she was the sweetest to!!! I’ll definitely be back to stay again. Their customer service and the rooms were very amazing .”

They are making changing and upgrading their business in a very hard time to do so.
Indeed not the best room in Fort Smith, but for the countless homeless people they shelter I bet it is.

“I had a drunk we're not pals anymore woman show up that I hadn't seen in months. Although management said camera showed her and her 2 dogs staying with us days longer than true. 20$ and we're not thrown out homeless..Food & drinks: Fast food”

“Amazing customer service experience. Everyone on staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating. I had an issue on the first night and they went above and beyond to help me out. The ladies who make the breakfast take a lot of pride in what they do and you can tell in the small details and immaculate set up they do. Definitely will stay again.”
