“Update; 20 August 2023.This place turned out to be really good! After coordinating with a local sheriff's deputy/friend/pastor of our church, we were able to make reservations for the days needed in order to attend my mother's funeral. There is plenty of space in the cottages, including stacked-washer/dryer, kitchenette, small fridge, etc.The PX is close by for small essential items, toiletries, beer, water, etc.We were the only guests in the barracks & cottages for a couple of days, so safety was never an issue. I highly recommend this hidden gem!Is there an Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) comment link for this establishment?”

“You will need to see below the surface of any reality in the stars for specifics. I would not know. What is known, is that this is a safe place for those who reside. It was a warm day at the end of December, when I suddenly remembered. I have a delivery before I go to the house. I arrive and make it to the door with a little shave and a haircut knock, indeed. Less the two bits of course because it was for the plate which is never eaten from. Some may say this is d**** but, not this one. A friend in need is a friend indeed.Safety: Tenants were on the cat walks doin chat walks and a few of that hawks. No fear my dear.Walkability: Don't cuss. You can take the bus across the street.”

“I HIGHLY encourage you to stay ANYWHERE else!! Literally sleeping in your car would be better than this place. It's a quality inn. So obviously we weren't expecting a 5 start hotel by any means. But this place was absolutely awful!!! And Ashley at the desk.. she couldn't have been any further from pleasant or helpful. After driving 11 hours to deal with a family medical emergency this was the last situation I needed to add to my plate. This was the most unsanitary place I've every seen. Please don't waste your time. Bugs, cigarette holes, dirty sheets, broken shower, hair everywhere, and disrespectful, rude staff. What else could be worse than that?”

“Love the two bedroom option they have. But this time our bathroom fans didn't work, so all the steam from the shower had nowhere to go except back into the room. They said the room hasn't been renovated yet and that's why it didn't work. In my opinion that's no excuse.Breakfast was great!”

Knights inn, I noticed are currently having some renovations done to the exterior. They also have a laundry facility on site, if u have to spend any amount of time there.”

“Wonderful stay at the remodeled Days Inn (was Baymont) in Ft Smith. Reasonable priced rm, great breakfast included and they allowed my "fur baby" to stay for just $15. Best sleep in a month, friendly service & the front desk staff was outstanding”
