“Very nice rooms, beds are comfy. Pillows are ok. Huge issue with 1/2 washers down and 2/2 driers down so we couldn't do or laundry. How can 3/4 machines be down at once? That tells me they have been down a while and is a low priority.”
“Above and beyond the call for customer service. Amber and Brett answered all our questions and in such a friendly and kind way. We chatted and got suggestions about places and things to do while we were in town. Amber helped me with a last minute craft project for a friend. I was absolutely shocked at her generosity and friendliness!”

“Very cheap, nice for the price, modern as a base can be. The MP station was helpful as well. The cottage comes with a full kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer stack. The 38.00 is the best bargain you will find.”

“For the cheap rate, the rooms aren't bad and the staff is friendly. Haven't seen any bugs in the multiple stays I've had with them. Microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and wifi with each room.”

They are making changing and upgrading their business in a very hard time to do so.
Indeed not the best room in Fort Smith, but for the countless homeless people they shelter I bet it is.
Support the family you know, and not the corporate system you don’t.”

“Amazing customer service experience. Everyone on staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating. I had an issue on the first night and they went above and beyond to help me out.
