I dropped my car off for my 8:30 oil change appointment and they decided not to start until I got dropped back off at 10am. They told me it wasn't done yet because they work on people who are here waiting first. So what is the point on an appointment then? Now my daughter is crying in the lobby because she is missing her art class.

Great experience as always. They are honest and upfront and go the extra mile while being TRUTHFUL. That's hard to come by these days. We will definitely continue to do business with them.

J Pauley obtained our car from another problem that we had from a different car repair company. It took awhile to get my car back but so far she is running well. Like her old-self. We appreciate J Pauley's mechanic department for staying in contact with us and providing us with good customer service. Special shout out to Heather!

Dishonest dealer ??????I been doing the oil changes at J pauley Toyota for 6 years now. Both cars.Well one time I noticed that the cover on top of the engine on my truck was missing. Now the only place the a take my truck to get oil changes is Toyota.About a month ago I got under my Highlander and noticed that the part that cover the oil filter was missing too.So I went to talk to them to see if they can replace the missing part. Well they say they order the part but it’s been a while now and I haven’t heard from them. I know they take covers off car or trucks just to make it convenient for them to do the oil changes faster. So disappointed in their work.Get under your car to see if your car is missing some parts or cover.Never taking my car there again.I guess to them money is more important than honesty. Money is more important than to treat their customers well. F u j. Pauley.

I highly recommend J. Pauley for purchasing a new vehicle. I worked with Tony and Howard and it was simply the most wonderful, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you J. Pauley Toyota in Fort Smith AR.

I am very happy with my experience at J. Pauley Toyota. Great communication. Karl K. made the process easy. He was very personable and was there through every step of the process. I am very happy with my vehicle! Thank you!

Paying 3.% with a credit card on a high dollar amount for repairs is really unfairI can see that for a few hundred. Also back in June I was told on the phone that my tire warranty was over even though I knew I had a few months left since I bought my tires in October The woman I spoke with in service insisted it was. When I came in this Thursday It was confirmed my tire warranty expired October 2.Too late now!! Now I am waiting for my cash/ check to get to you by mail to keep paying extra $80 just to not use my credit card. I do not live that near Fort Smith

Wife and I bought a new Toyota Crown yesterday. We are very pleased with the vehicle—previously drove an Avalon for 9 years—and also quite pleased with the great service from Logan in Sales and Curtis in Finance. My wife and I can highly recommend J. Pauley Toyota in Ft. Smith. Btw, we drove down from the Fayetteville area to do business with them!

Bought two cars from here, and won't ever do it again. In general have never felt great about it, but it's a car dealership, so who really cares? However, after today I'm done.I wanted to trade in or sell my car back to them for a used one, and the welcome desk person asked me a million questions and told me "Well unless you 100% are going to sell it today I don't want to bother anyone because we're super busy." Interesting conundrum for me: How am I supposed to commit to selling it when I don't even know what I am going to be offered? So I say I'm willing to sell, and she tells me to take a seat. I wait for 45 minutes and no one ever comes out to say anything. Meanwhile, to my left five salesmen in red polos are laughing and giggling and having a great time.Yeah, they were really "busy."All this place did was make me feel:1. Stupid for wanting to sell and not knowing all the details of it.2. Out of place as multiple salesmen walked by and just looked at me3. And completely and utterly ignored even through I'm paying them $500/month on a car to them.Go elsewhere with your business.

While the job that needed to be done was completed and I'm happy with that, the fact that they didn't call me when my vehicle was completed ticked me off.My paperwork stated that my vehicle was complete at 11:09am. I never once received a phone call all day. I called at 3pm to ask about it and then was told it was finished. It would have been nice to have my vehicle back to me earlier that way I could have actually left work on time instead of waiting and depending on someone else to come pick me up. Or better yet, offer a replacement vehicle for the day.

They did my oil change and inspection today, and did a fast and friendly job. I figured since it was at a dealership that I would be there for a while, and it was definitely under 30 minutes. They’re thorough and they don’t try to up-sell you on anything extra. I’ll be returning with my Camry when it’s time.

Great service for sure. They are very accommodating and thorough. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because I own a truck I barely drive, so the 5 services and oil changes I received expired right at the 15k point on miles. At the 10k mark I asked about extending the service plan and the amount was absolutely too much. It would be cheaper to pay for the services. They should offer an extended service plan option or a discounted service for those of us who work so much we don't really get to put too many miles on our vehicles. At least up to the 25k mile mark. Other than that J Pauley Toyota is Good, the service dept is wonderful and I would but again there for sure.

I went to Pauley Toyota yesterday to have my car checked out so I could take a road trip they said the oil needed changed and when it was on the rack they noticed oil leaking on the underside of my engine I told the I wanted to see for myself. My power steering was leaking had a large torn boot a d that I needed a power steering rack replaced.was charged later for 507.00, for having oil changed and diagnostic charge and wiper blades replaced battery cleaned fog lights replaced I which I told him not to do just wanted the cost of replacing the power steering rack only and the oil changed. Ended up in getting charged and was told the price for the rack which was way over priced. I went and got 2 other estimates which I wasn’t charged for they were free, and would save 1000.00.I called back to talk with the manager of Toyota and explained what happened the day before. He quoted me a lower price to fix the steering rack to 1,400.00 from 1,822.54 I still could have it fixed for 800.80 elsewhere with certified mechanics I will not be going back to Pauley Toyota after being a long time customer.

Had my oil changed always go here for it when I'm home. Usually really good and quick. Picked up my truck, once I got home noticed a scratch on my driver side front door.

Unable to get the parts for the recall on my truck today. Also I asked them to replace a tag light and later found that they replaced the one that was out with one that wasn’t LED like the other one which was very frustrating.
