Both stars are for the tax worker. She did a great job. However, this service is rigged. Refund advance was only $xxx when my refund is $xxxx which is more than ten times that amount. I would have asked for my paperwork back if I had known but they have it set up so that you have to go all the way thru with it before you can find out if you’re even approved, and they charge you $55 just to opt in to applying for it. Just more of what our entire country has become about: corporations taking taking taking from the workin man. So, final opinion: don’t fall for this SCAM. Again, the lady working was lovely and she’s just trying to make a living and EAT like I am. Word to the wise - when people have been taken from and are down to fighting over resources to survive in this backwards world that greed has created, people are just gonna get more and more unruly. You’re losing control of our “freedom.” And it’s scams like this that take what little bit of survival worked for that’s paving the way. Two thumbs way down.

i had no problems filing my tax.. just went to Jackson Hewitt at Walmart.. talked to Elizabeth.. she’s done a great job doing the thing.. had a free charge as a first-time filer.. got a coupon for my friends.. got my refund in a week.. amazing!
