JAM Mart is a very big and clean convenience store and gas station in Fort Smith, considered one of the favorite and cleanest in the area. The place is usually very clean and spotless, with staff always cleaning. Employees are always very nice, kind, sweet, friendly, and attentive, providing great customer service that goes above and beyond. They offer high quality 91 Octane fuel, icees, a large selection to choose from, and many ways to make custom drinks like the 42 oz icy. A convenient drive-thru is available for items like icees, though it does not provide gas. Staff are known to give treats to customers' dogs. The store does not accept EBT.

The store has good products and the attached coffee shop is great, but the bathrooms are disgusting. It’s unacceptable how dirty they are, and there’s no changing table for babies in either mens or womens restroom. It really ruins what could be a nice place to stop.
