Byrider is without a doubt the most unethical business in Fort Smith. While the things they do are legal, they take advantage of people when they are in the most desperate need. They will lie and deceive you every chance they get. Do everything you can to avoid this horrible place

Their warranties suck they don't cover crap.
They sold my son a really sour lemon took it in to have the head gasket fixed which was leaking it was supposed to have a warranty but they charged him to look at it and to fix it

I have bought 3 cars fron Byrider and and Im looking to buy my 4th one. I haven't had any problems dealing with them they make everything so easy and understandable for me. Also a big shout out to Tasha she is amazing!

Sydney was very friendly and patient. Didn't buy right away but she kept in contact over a period of weeks to help find what we had been looking for. All in all a great experience. I definitely recommend.
