My husband and I had the absolute BEST service here!! We had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Joshua who were honest, caring and thoughtful. They were very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns when it came to our vehicle. I work on South Waldron and I’m ecstatic that after almost 2 years. I finally check out this location and it is by far the best oil change service I have had in a long time. I definitely will be going back from now on to only them.

The Good: Very friendly and encouraging manager. He clearly explained the service options and price. The service seemed to be completed quickly. He and this location has great potential.
The Bad: Tires were not inflated to specifications. (two were several lbs low) I didn't discover this until later. I was offered coffee, but I had to discover that the machine needed to be plugged in and water added. (no big deal, but....) Bathroom was pretty dirty.
Overall, the experience was OK, but for the $134.47 spent, I would expect for all service to be completed properly and for the advertised "extras" to be readily available.

I bought my own oilf from Autozone and they still charged me almost $70 dollars to empty and refill. I could have done it myself but was already in a hurry. Next time I will just do it myself.
