The oil change was a reasonable price and the service was amazing. I recommend everyone to go to this Jiffy Lube for their car maintenance. They helped me not just with my oil change but fixed the struts on my trunk quickly. Christopher and Gage at this Jiffy Lube as well as the entire team were so kind and answered all my questions and needs.

The vehicle (2015 Toyota Prius) has never leaked oil previously. Today, only a few days after the oil change, there are fresh, clean oil spots on my garage floor. We are taking the vehicle in again today to seek a remedy. VERY unsatisfied with this outcome.Update: Was contacted directly by Jiffy Lube's district manager. My wife first too it back to the Waldron location and was told that whoever did the oil change didn't clean it up properly. They merely wiped it down and said all should be well. It wasn't; it still leaked. Took the car to the Phoenix Ave location, where they checked and tested it much more thoroughly. They replaced the crush washer on the drain plug (why wasn't this done in the first place??) and then pressure tested it. The oil drip seems to now be resolved.Service: Oil change
