I had a watch that I wanted to see if I could get working. I didn’t think it would, but I’d at least try. The people at John Mays were very helpful and friendly. The watch couldn’t be fixed, but they went out of the way to help.

Nowhere in Fort Smith could I find a quality watch band for my guess watch which was a gift from my husband. I called Mays jewelers and was told they would be happy to help me!They ordered,received and replaced a quality watch band in 24 hrs.I am extremely satisfied with all their work.
