Johns Auto is the most honest and experience mechanic shop I have ever found! They go the extra mile to fit in with your schedule, and find any problems and fix them immediately. I’ve been with them 20+ years and still rely on them for any questions I have or any work to be done. I trust them completely with all my Auto needs!

As a person who does mechanical work myself I am very impressed with the honesty of John’s, I went out of state and needed a new engine in my car so I gave it to John’s, after some wait the car was done and was much cheaper than I was expecting it to be, car ran great with no problems until a couple months later it broke down from a timing slip, took it back to John’s while it was still under warranty and the mechanic was completely honest with what happened which shocked me as many mechanics aren’t, the mechanic made a mistake with a bolt and so they machined me new heads and a valve train completely free. John’s is very trustworthy, efficient, and reliable, I would go here any day of the week.

I was escorting an oversize load and was some 400 miles from home when my alternator went out. This left me stranded on I-49 in frigid weather. Mark at John's auto center quickly sent a tow truck to give me a tow to their shop. When I arrived at their shop they were extremely busy and it was a Friday at 2pm. However Mark made a promise that they would get me on the road asap. My alternator was supposed to be a 4hr 30min job given the make and model of my vehicle. They went out of their way and had two mechanics working on my vehicle despite being extremely busy. I was fully expecting to book a hotel given the difficulty of the job and that it was close to closing time. They got my vehicle fixed minutes before closing and would have stayed later if that's what it took. It fired up perfectly! Another thing to note was that other shops I spoke with were charging $200 more and couldn't provide towing services. They saved me time and money which allowed me to get back on the road safely and continue my job. This definitely explains why they have been in business for over 50 years. Huge shout out to Mark and his awesome team! Hans & Franz will pump, you up! 🤣

I appreciate you guys saying yes to working on something that was probably not a typical request or something without previous experience doing. I did leave unsatisfied, but you did attempt to make it right after the fact. I discovered later that there were 4-5 things on the installation that were not done right. Everybody makes mistakes, and this looks like a great shop. I feel uncomfortable returning again.

I already had an appointment for my car @ the shop. My car would not start to get it to the shop. I called John's and the guys actually came to my home and jumped my car👍🏾
Also thank you guys for always getting my car in the shop in/out in a timely manner & making my car like new✌🏾
