Have a sinewhat rare foreign car. Went there to discuss options for my complicated auto problem with Mr. Koch. They listened and provided details about what my choices realistically were. Much more clarity on my choices then I received talking to a highly regarded auto shop on the east side of Fort Smith.

Absolute expert on hard to repair imports. The BMW engine in my mini is a bugger. They do great work. Slow turnaround though. And not the best on two-way communication.

I put a new battery in my 2013 outback. It wasnt running smoothly after that. Took it to koch and he told me to let it idle for 15 minutes to reset everything. I did and it ran smoothly. It was the only place that I took my volkswagons that I owned in the past. With this car that I just purchased I will be using them again...
