They moved us in June of this year. We paid for 100% coverage because accidents happen. We have YET to have our insurance paid out after submitting pictures as well as receipts for damaged/broken items. They are great movers but have zero interest in follow up. Melissa Koller and Koller Moving and Storage were so helpful today! I’ve been desperately trying to get my dresser up the stairs to no avail! Mom and Dad moved into a smaller house and they brought two pieces to my house. Very professional, friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing help moving!
