This may be the worst Lowe's I've ever been to. If you need associate help, you will not get it. When you ask a worker for help they are so rude and pass you off to someone who will not help you. I only try to go Lowes because the location is convenient but almost EVERY visit i have to leave due to the service and go across town to Home Depot where they are friendly and willing to help. Save yourself the time and go straight to Home Depot.

Going to almost all self check out. This drives me crazy. I don't mind one or two but when you're only option is self check out...It means you care less about the consumer and even less about your staff....this place becoming too much like Home Depot...and that's not a good thing.

A Lowes employee approached and asked if I was interested in participating in a 500$ raffle. All I had to do to register was give Lowes a 10/10 review on all categories.
It felt weird. It felt dirty. It felt like a bribe. Lost some respect for this business. Won't be a store I choose to go to in the future

When buying a new washing machine they failed to tell us that we needed to buy a power cord for the washing machine. When calling the store it took 10 mins to get anyone to answer the phone call.

Easy to navigate. Not to easy getting help. Prices are bit high, but I guess it's like that everywhere.

Associate was too busy with her phone. The other didn't care about what I was looking for, just pointed and that's all we got.
I'm not going back.

Going to Lowe’s is not my favorite thing to do unless I just want to wonder around and not be disturbed. I say this because you’re not going to get any help unless you chase someone down and ask. I’m walking around looking for Crawl Space Vent Covers and three employees see me looking up and make a quick turn to avoid contact. After chasing one person down and him fumbling with his PDA he finally ask another guy and he said, we don’t carry those.
I did find the covers at Yeagers, oh and was greeted and asked if I needed help by three other employees. Go take notes, they know how to treat people.

Went to Lowes tonight to get a half sheet of plywood. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Tasha was the rude and very incapable of understand basic logic and math. She treated me like I was an idiot and expected me to take the abuse. I DID NOT. I called her out on her inappropriate behavior and underhanded sales tactics. She told me to go to Home Depot. I had the manager come over. She was rude to me in front of him. And rude and disrespectful to both of us. Braden says he will deal with her on the issue I hope he will.
I went for a half sheet of plywood. Being an experienced shopper I know if there is wood left over after its been cut in-store you can sometimes get a discount. I felt lucky when there was a half sheet of plywood in the dead lumber stack. I asked Tasha about the half sheet. She said I could get a 50% discount on the half sheet. I was very happy. We went to the register and rang it up. The price did not represent a discount. I asked Tasha about it and she told me it did include a discount. I told her the math didn't add up. A full sheet is $37. So a half sheet is$18.50. So half of that was $9.25. But my total was $17 and change. Tasha got belligerent yelling at me that I didn't understand. I stuck with the math. Math doesn't lie.
So after being berated by Tasha, she explains that lowes policy is to charge for a full sheet and discount it by 50%. How odd. So there really is no discount. Lowes gets to charge the original buyer for a full sheet. Then charge me for a full sheet. Then discount it and give me a half sheet.
Feed me crap and tell me its ice cream. And expect me to smile.
Braden agreed with Tasha about the policy. I asked for the managers name and contact information. Conveniently she is on vacation until the 12th. (Sabrina Norveen).
I asked for the area supervisors name and contact information. Don Mallard but customers aren't allowed to contact him directly. Its against Lowes policy. Nice job.
If Lowes doesn't discount cut leftover lumber then Tasha shouldn't have told me I get a 50% discount. Selling half a product at 50% of the cost of a whole product is not a discount. Your paying full price.
Regardless of the discount. The employees are being trained to misrepresent a fraudulent discount. Bad business. Sabrina and Don should be ashamed.
Tasha should not use her inability to comprehend basic math as a reason to disrespect customers.
And Lowes policy to trow away perfectly good scrap wood instead of discounting(a true discount. Not the shell game of half off the original full product price.) Is ecological unsound. Cut more trees down because we are throwing away good wood. Arrghhhh
And what about Lowes investors. Losing out on dividends because store policy requires usable wood to be thrown away rather than trying to recoupe part of the cost by offering a true discount.
The whole thing is so messed up.

Being a girl during the time we are in, I usually dread going into “manly” stores. A couple days ago I went into my local Lowe’s to get some supplies for my newest project. I needed a smaller bit of lumber, new outlet covers, light switch covers, and to take my stroll throughout the succulent section. I walked and grabbed my basket and I was greeted by one of the store associates, Jennifer Lott. She was kind, respectful, well-mannered. She made my shopping experience so much better as if it were a different person. She is one of the best workers at this store. This young lady deserves a well deserved raise!
