I went to the store on Roger's first was told I would get the sleep comfort guarantee on a temperpedic mattress that was on clearance, come to find out it did not have it BUT since I was told it did they were going to give it to me and put it in writing..I went to the Phoenix Ave store the next day and Jordan was there, I met him at the other store the day before. He was patient, kind, very helpful, as I ask to check out different mattresses.I am on a fixed income and didn't want to spend too much so he worked with me until I found one I was happy with.I went to several stores, shopped around because if you have it in writing what your getting for that price they just might price match or even give you a better deal..

Quick easy service. Friendly worker was willing to help and showed patience as well with my indecisiveness. Highly satisfied and will be coming back for future purchases. They were very informative. Very nice friendly staff.

Jordan is phenomenal. We ordered our mattress through a different location and it was not a smooth process. I begged Jordan to take over the whole order because he was so great, and when he said “I’ll call you back,” he actually called me back. That means so much and I’m so appreciative of his customer service.

I went in just to get an idea on what a new mattress would cost. Julio was awesome salesman. He didn’t pressure me and understood my budget. I applied and was approved to my surprise. So instead of have to wait a few more months I will be getting my new mattress this next week.
